Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to learn about, and take part in, Lilypad Learning.
Our commitment
Lilypad Learning Foundation is committed to making our website accessible to people of all abilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings and a "skip to content" link for screen readers and keyboard users.
- All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text.
- Colour contrast that meets AA guidelines for text and interactive elements.
- Fully keyboard-navigable menus, forms and expandable content, with visible focus indicators.
- Form fields with clear labels, required-field indicators and descriptive error messages.
- Responsive layouts that work on phones, tablets and desktops, and support browser zoom up to 200%.
- Animations are reduced or removed when your device's "reduce motion" setting is enabled.
Workshops
Our in-person workshops can be adapted for participants with different needs. When booking, let us know about any accommodations your group requires and we will do our best to provide them.
