Founded by five University of Calgary business students, Lilypad Learning was created to share the knowledge we wish we'd had growing up. Our team brings together experience in equity research, financial modelling, youth mentorship, community volunteering, curriculum development and psychology.
President
Brandon is a Finance student at the Haskayne School of Business and an Investment Analyst with CPMT, where he was selected to help manage an equity fund on behalf of the University of Calgary and the CFA Society. He also holds financial modeling certifications and is an incoming summer intern at Keyera.
Vice President, Operations
Kianna is a Bachelor of Commerce student at the Haskayne School of Business and holds an FMI Foundations certification in financial modeling. An accomplished musician with a Royal Conservatory Level 8 Violin certification, she also volunteers with the SU Tax Program and has participated in multiple case competitions and mentorship programs.
Vice President, Governance
Evan is a Finance student at the Haskayne School of Business and an Investment Analyst with CPMT, helping manage an equity portfolio on behalf of the University of Calgary and the CFA Society. He holds financial modeling certifications from the FMI and Training the Street, and will be interning at Matco Financial as an analyst.
Vice President, Curriculum
Adam is a Bachelor of Commerce student at the Haskayne School of Business with experience spanning energy analytics and youth education. He has interned as an Energy Analyst at Global Petroleum Marketing Inc. and as a Business Analyst at RETI, and spent over a year as a dance instructor developing personalized coaching programs for students.
Vice President, External Affairs
Anthony is a Bachelor of Commerce student at the Haskayne School of Business and an Investment Analyst with the DeNovo Student Investment Fund. He brings hands-on experience in youth engagement as both a Summer Camp Coordinator and a Skating and Hockey Instructor at Cardel Rec South.
Director of Educational Psychology
Skylar is pursuing a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology at the University of Calgary, with a focus on human behaviour, cognitive learning and student success. She applies her academic background to developing accessible and engaging financial literacy curriculum for youth across Calgary, and leads our program evaluation.
Director of Recruitment & Marketing
Brooke is a Finance and Anthropology student at the University of Calgary with real-world experience in capital management and a natural gift for understanding how people think. She brings both analytical rigour and a deeply human approach to financial education. Outside of school, she is happiest outdoors.
Director of Sponsorship & Curriculum
Connor is a Finance student at the Haskayne School of Business with hands-on experience in equity research and energy markets. He is passionate about breaking down financial concepts and making them genuinely accessible for young people. When he is not studying, he enjoys staying active.
